Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as candles that have been burned or used cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on limited edition or custom-made candles unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Returns should be sent to our address at 120 W Main St, Orange, VA 22960.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: candles that have been burned or used in any way, candles without original packaging, limited edition candles that are not defective, gift cards, and downloadable software products or digital content.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process

Once you receive your return authorization number, carefully package the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. The refund will include the purchase price of the item but will not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

If you have not received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at cooperation@boutiqueshsuppli.world or call (540) 748-1424. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you once we receive and inspect the returned item.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures that you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Damaged or Defective Items

Once we verify the damage or defect, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost, or issue a full refund including original shipping charges. We may also provide a prepaid return label for you to send back the damaged item.

We take great care in packaging our candles to prevent damage during shipping. However, if damage does occur, we will work quickly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our standard return procedure once you receive the item.

International Returns
